Job Description:

Selected candidate will be responsible for recommending integrated security system solutions that will ensure classified data and systems are protected. Must be familiar with DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) or other military equivalent, familiar with National Industry Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and researching new technology to meet operational needs. Will validate secure systems; test products and systems to detect security weakness. Evaluate vulnerability scans on systems utilizing approved network scanning tools and appropriate Government provided software and scanning tools. Will be responsible for security documentation. 

To be considered for this position candidates must: 
• Be able to obtain a passport or visa to travel internationally 
• Be willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS 
• Be willing to work in Hardship and Hazardous locations 
• Be willing to work long hours and / or non-regular hours with minimal notice 
• Have a minimum active Secret clearance 
• Must be able to successfully accomplish the CONUS Replacement Center course which requires a successful deployment physical, immunizations and training 

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent 6 years of technical experience and 4+ years related IA experience. Previous experience working with DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and National Industry Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Must have one of the following certifications, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Security Plus, Federal IT Security Professional (FITSP), or similar.
